Crescent

I've worn this to the Candy Fair 2014. I've been going for four years now and have been collecting magazines since I was like ten. I've lost some, of course. I was ten lol

For a theme that's called EDM, I didn't quite reach it. I'm not one to wear statement tees, bright colors and such. I always stay in my lane which I never quite have yet figured out what is.
But there's this one thing that I accomplished though; comfort. My feet and limbs hurt like hell but not because of the shoes, only because I jumped and tiptoed my way to see and take pictures of people on the stage (which will be in a different set of blogpost!) lol times like these makes me hate being small. Or not have a guy best friend to carry me on his shoulders when he knows I can't see who's on.(HAHAHAHA ginawang ladder/kargador?)

Also, I've fallen in love with the skort that I bought from awhile back but didn't have any place deserving to where it to. If you know me quite well I hate wasting an outfit to somewhere it doesn't deserve to be worn. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one?

And the Quartz necklace that I also bought from awhile back at the Anti Monday Bazaar which was held in makati. Also fell in love with it  ever since I first saw it on their online store but was just days away til the bazaar happened so I waited and I could've been happier when I finally got it on my hands. It looks so beautiful and a must-have piece, really. It's an everyday essential.

The scallop tee however, is a different story. It can be literally worn in anything. Neutral colors are life.

It's no secret that I'm in love with everything topshop has to offer. Though it's the reason why I'm always broke, still don't regret buying a single thing.

As of writing this, I'm looking at one direction tickets for next year in Sydney. Not only then will I get to watch the boys but I'll once again meet my best friend who has just migrated there and it would really be a nice opportunity to do so. Contemplating and arguing with my head whether to go or not as I have no one to go with the concert and I know that shouldn't stop me if I've been given the opportunity to. I have my best friend but she's not a fan. I have a friend, who's a fan, that's also from AUS but she's from brisbane. Do you see my struggle?? Grr. And, convincing and sales talking my mom takes a hell lot of time. Oh dear. Puppy dog eyes- game on.

It's half past midnight so I'll leave you with the beautiful moon matching the colored hues of the sky that I caught while waiting for my brother to pick us up after the event that I took pictures of.

[Sorry for the annoying watermarks. Don't want them to be taken without any credits, yeah?]

Good night/morning/afternoon/evening, you beautiful creature you.

Silhouettes

There's something about silhouettes that I'm very fond of and I never really realized why until now.

Thursday 9/25/14.

You know how they're made of because being against the light? Sort of like how life is. If you look a tad bit deeper. Don't you think? People behind you think you're nothing and just a shadow because they can see something more brighter in front of you. So they disregard you.

But no, the darker side of each picture (aka persons) actually makes it even more prettier. Or makes the picture (sort of) balanced. Could you imagine the pictures without those shadows? Yes? It's so bright that it could be almost blinding that you don't want to look at it anymore?

Practically like how some people are who are over towering some other part of the other person just because the sunset/sunrise hasn't gone to it's side yet.

Am I even making any sense? I'm not sure.

*brain* OH MAYBE BECAUSE ITS JUST A FREAKING SILHOUETTE AND NOTHING ELSE MORE. AND THAT YOU'RE CRAZY AND YOU OVER THINK AND ANALYZE EVERYTHING.

We all have our time to shine. To have the spotlight on us. But sooner or later you'll have to share it with somebody else. Don't want our audiences to get tired of our faces, do we?
[I'm talking about how the sunset/sunrise would reach the other side of the place, too at some point.]

If we all had a tad bit more longer patience, it would. All it takes is a little faith, tr(yo)u(rself)st and pixie dust.

And if you look in a different perspective of these photos, it may look like you're just starting of as nothing but as you work your way forward it'll be brighter. You'll be brighter.

I'm not really one to be good at explaining and putting my thoughts into words. I'm not good at it. It's a bit messy up there. Messy. So I'm cutting this short as I have nothing else to say about what I just wrote. But, I hope you get the point of what I'm trying to say.

PS. I am totally not sorry for quoting tinker bell. Love her. And disney movies. If you don't, you're lying.

Hiatus

(lol *sings* this is reeeAAAAaaAal this is meeEEEeeeeE)

Heeeey.

I am utterly very sorry for the long hiatus. Truly.

These photos were taken last June. Yes, June lol doesn't seem so long ago! It's kind of ridiculous to know it's September already. And it's yet about to end. Woah. Gotta take some chill pill there, shall we?

Okay, back to the outfit. Can I just say how comfortable those sandals I'm wearing in the picture are????? And the shirt dress???? They're both versatile so you can wear it with another pair of footwear and vice versa.

Might I add that one should never sacrifice to achieve both comfort and style.

If you want to be more updated you can follow me on instagram which you can go to by just clicking this link. And also, my hair's green now. HAHA I love saying that. My hair's green.

Sorry I have to cut this short for I still have to prepare myself up as I'm going somewhere with my family.

Sandals - H&M

I hope you have a great day ahead and even if you don't, there's still tomorrow to make it up with x

Play Day

((this photo is so awkward))

Jumper and Jellies from Cotton On
Cropped Top from Topshop

Oh, look at me, double posting on a weekend. And would be gone for another month or two- who knows. YAY (not)

BUT ANYWAAAY, first outfit post woohooo(!!)

I already planned out my outfit a week before we were supposed to go to Enchanted and I originally planned to wear my nike but thank heavens I didn't or my feet would've smelt like blue cheese (gross but yeah) the whole day especially that most of the rides we rode on are where you would expect to get wet. LIKE REALLY WET. I WAS SOAKING WET. But the good thing was though, the jumper/jumpsuit's cloth was rly thin so hooray for that.

And also, I chose to wear this since we're going on a themed park and when you're on a theme park you practically act like a 6 year old and basically wanting to ride this and that-if you dont, you're totally lying.

Props to Ate Lianne for keeping up (hah i didnt mean to make a pun out of that ok bYE) with me because I myself didnt know how I wanted the shots taken but it turned out pretty great, I guess

I'll leave you with this ginger head's picture because... it's freaking Ed Sheeran. He never disappoints.

Ciao!

Enchanted

Hello, earthlings!!

I apologize for not posting anything for a month. I am a terrible beginner. Kms. Way in making good impressions but who cares. I have a new blogpost, little rascals.

I went to EK yesterday, with my friends (+ brothers and my nephew. We went our seperate ways lol). It was only four of us who came though. It was originally our plan to go as a "barkada" like we did last year but some weren't allowed to go and stuff.

Here are some of the photos I took. I hope you enjoy weee

\

I took this while I was riding the ferris wheel. It was much more scarier that I thought it would be in daylight that it is in night time haha me and Ate Lianne barely moved!

Just by looking at this one scared the hell out of me. Surprisingly, it wasn't. It was SO FUN.

Now, for the selfies.
I'm so sorry but it had to be done. HAHA

This was me and Ate Lianne sniffing the pizza. Nothing weird and unusual you'd see everyday. HA

Okay, that's about it. I'm done. HAHA
It was a fun day, indeed. The lines for the rides (that rhymed 1 point for me) weren't that long either!

I hope you had a fun friday, because my friends and I did!

((btw i'm putting up another blogpost for what I wore yesterday so that's something to look forward to YAAYYYYY))

'Til my next blogpost!

Introduction / 25 Facts About Me

Hello!

My name is Kerry and after leaving my blog empty for a week since I made it, I finally pulled all my crap together and tried to put on a decent blog post to put as my first.

First of, I would like to make things clear to you, future reader, that I'm an amateur so I beg you not to judge harshly. Although I may accept judgements between 'okay' and 'not okay'.

I will start this off by doing 25 Facts About Me since no one knows me that well as I'm a beginner (unless you're from my instagram or twitter or a member of my family).

25 Facts About Me

1.) I made a blog because I want people to hear my random thoughts out, see my photographs and I want to be a part of the 'fashion industry' and I guess, maybe, this will be the start. Yeah?

2.) I'm fourteen and happily residing in Manila, Philippines.

3.) I've always wanted to be a model but haha, I'm too short. (sighs)

4.) I love the reality tv show Keeping Up With The Kardashians so much but I wasn't the one who came up with my url and blog title. [Credits to Ate Bianca! Thank you lots.]

5.) I love swimming. Like a lot.

6.) I hate pineapples on my pizza.

7.) My favorite movies are Stuck In Love, My Girl, Hairspray, Sixteen Candles, Clueless and 10 Things I Hate About You.

8.) My ultimate dream is to have my own clothing line.

9.) I get bored very easily,

10.) I have the biggest obsession with Starbucks.

11.) My race is pure filipino.

12.) Probably 70% of my life is spent on me reading books.

13.) I fear clowns and mascots. I have never been fond of them even when I was still a kid.

14.) I had a lot of hesitations in making this blog (and this blogpost, to be honest), I kid you not.

15.) People tell me that I'm very loud and that I laugh like there's no tomorrow (I'm not exaggerating).

16.) Aside from me living for very cheesy chickflick movies, I also live for the horror ones. They're my guilty pleasure although I could get very scared after watching the movie but it'll subside after an hour or two (or so).

17.) I'm such an indecisive person.

18.) I'm /most of the time/ an insomniac/nocturnal.

19.) I can sometimes be very very very tactless. And mean. And a bit bitchy. (okay, maybe a lot)

20.) Writing is also one of my frustrations. I've written about like three stories (and some poems) but none of them are fiinished yet just because I dont know how to, it's like I'm afraid to end it? I dont even know, I just.

21.) I dont drink softdrinks. *Simon Cowell's voice* it's a no for me.

22.) I'm currently addicted to Pocky in it's Green Tea flavour. It's a must try treat for the tummy ngl.

23.) I mostly dress in black clothes and gold accessories. It's like my trade mark pieces idk. I just made that thing up.

24.) I used to do ballet and cheer. I'm thinking of going back to doing ballet but looking at my weight... I just dont think it would push through. HAHA

25.) I could get pretty crazy at times. It mostly happens at night. So, if you catch me laughing out of nowhere, it's totally normal.

So, I guess, that's about it? I suck at this thing, I know. Leaving this on the draft for a week itself sucks, I'm so sorry.

But, hopefully, I learn along the way!!!! Yay.

Thank you for reading, it means a lot that you've read this far! Hopefully you stick with me while this lasts. *hugs*

Dance, sing and be gay!

'Til my next post,
Kerry

(P.s My blog is still under construction so please bear with how plain it looks, as of the moment xx)
